Time to Relax

We often get in the situations when we feel tense, anxious or angry. Luckily, there are a lot of relaxation techniques out there that we can all learn and practice. On Wednesday 02/03/16 the meeting of the relaxlish club with Paul and Maria was dedicated to relaxation. Paul introduced some physical relaxation techniques and practiced them together with the club members. And what can be more relaxing and enjoying than dancing? It was another delightful activity suggested by Maria.
